RELEVANT TRAINING
I have virtual & physical call center experience working with telephone sales and in customer
service. I have basic computer and internet skills & knowledge. As well, I'm familiar with MS
Office programs and I've used various software programs through jobs. A few other skills are
some technical computer knowledge, inbound & outbound calls, detail oriented, I am able to
navigate between multiple tabs & windows, I am friendly, have a pleasant phone voice, I learn
quickly, and I can work in a team environment or independently.
