PROFILE
I am an energetic, highly motivated individual with a broad range of experience in the
office environment. I have worked from the age of 16 starting off as an office secretary,
leading on to a branch secretary and then on to a PA. I also had a significant role in
setting up my partner’s successful plumbing and heating business, installing all the
necessary office requirements and procedures.
More recently I had owned and ran a very successful local swimming pool business and
in 2010 set up a successful website launching our business worldwide. We sold this
business in December 2016, due to the businesses success we were finding that we
had no time to enjoy any free time as this business was 24/7 and 365 days a year! I
enjoy working (probably a little too much) and would like to make a difference to
someone else’s business but with the bonus of having some free time to enjoy our
surroundings.
I emigrated from the UK in 2007 to make a better life for my family and became an
Australian Citizen in March 2010.

We purchased the stored in August 2010 and over the years trebled its customer base
and onsite services. I was in the shop and thrived on trying to provide the nest customer

had between 3-5 staff of whom I was responsible for organizing rosters and their daily

This was a new role created by the council, I was a secretary to two high members

roads and authorizing surveyors to respond if necessary, I would visit sites with my
superior to take photos, make notes and report them back to the head of the department
with any necessary recommended actions. I maintained sick and holiday records,
