7. This course intends to introduce
technology to future educator to adapt the
rapid technological changes specially in
the flourishing worldwide ICT
environment.
This course in not all about computer,
somewhat it aims to enhance the teaching
and learning by means of technology
integration

8. But before we proceed for the deep
understanding and knowing facts about
educational technology. We may first to
know what educational technology
means?
Educational technology is came from
the Greek word “ techne” which means
craft or art and refer in responding the
educational needs

9. Educational technology also refers to
the study and practice of facilitating education
and learning, to improve the performance of
students , through the creation and use of
management appropriate technological
processes and resources

10. In computer assisted instruction, The
computer can be a tutor in effect in
relieving the teacher of many activities in
his/her personal role as classroom teacher

11. Through It based project, students
themselves are one who demonstrate higher
thinking skills and creativity through such
activities searching for information,
organization and synthesizing ideas, creating
presentation and the like

survey, 50 % of students ages 10 to 18 go
online for homework help at least one a week,
75% of students ages 5-7 regularly use
technology to play educational games and
students who study on mobile devices spend
40 minutes more per week studying than
those who don't

administrators say effective use of edtech
is critical to their mission of high student
achievement, 74% of administrators say
digital content in schools increases
student engagement,

14. Then, 77% of teachers say technology
use in the classroom motivates students to
learn and 76% of teachers say technology
allows them to respond to a variety of
learning styles

15. Students say they use the internet
to help with homework at home. More than
half of students in grades 6-12 say they do
this at least weekly; for 29 percent of high
school students, it is a daily event—and 68
percent say their primary internet access
is through a 3G or 4G mobile device.

16. Students want to learn any time, any
place—and at their own pace. Forty-one
percent of students who have not taken a fully
online class would like to take a virtual class;
they see the No. 1 benefit as being able to
learn at their own pace.

17. A majority of students support the
“flipped classroom” model. Six out of 10
students say it would be a good way for
them to learn.

18. More students are learning via
YouTube. Twenty-nine percent say
they’ve used an online video to help
them with their homework.

for people. Because it’s also cause some
factors that has negative effect in students

on us in making reports and as future

27. I realize that teacher should always updated
and literate in using technology in instruction
because technology is useless if it didn't used
right.

28. I conclude that even technology is
good in instruction. It doesn’t mean that it
can replace teacher in teaching
