 Micromax is an Indian consumer electronics company . It is a
private limited company.
 10th largest mobile handset manufacturer in the World.
 Micromax started it’s journey as a software company since 2000,
located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
 In 2008, it entered mobile handset business.
 It has become The largest Indian domestic mobile handsets
company in 2010.

 Micromax has global business presence spread across Hong Kong,
Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri-Lanka, Maldives, UAE, Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Afghanistan and Brazil
 On 24 January 2014, Micromax became the first Indian mobile
company to start sales in Russia
 Micromax was selling handsets through contract manufacturers in
China, Taiwan and other countries. Later 2014 onwards it started its
own units in Rudrapur & Uttarakhand
 By the end of this year they want to launch another two
manufacturing units in Rajasthan & Hyderabad.

rural areas with feature phones because when
we consider Indian market major population
lies on rural area which is an huge market by
itself. But know we can see change of strategy
by moving towards Smartphone's which have
great response over the entire Indian market.
As per records of 2013, Micromax
Smartphone’s is second best selling there after
Samsung, in India.

It is a private limited company.  10th largest mobile handset manufacturer in the World.  Micromax started it’s journey as a software company since 2000, located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.  In 2008, it entered mobile handset business.  It has become The largest Indian domestic mobile handsets company in 2010.
