Too many people get stuck in the 9 to 5 job. It’s scary to escape the safety of office life, but in today’s tech-savvy world it’s becoming more and more common. If you really truly want a remote, flexible, location-independent lifestyle, you can do it. And it’s surprisingly not as hard to do as you might think.
The alarm is going off. If you don’t wake up right now, you’re going to be late and your boss will be mad. We all know this feeling and I don’t know anyone that looks forward to it. Maybe it’s time to escape the 9 t0 5 and start enjoying your life.

This is really a 2 hour presentation I give to high school students cut down to 3 minutes. And it all started one day,on a plane,on my way to TED,7 years ago.And in the seat next to me was a high school student,a teenager, and she came from a really poor family and she wanted to make something of her life. And she asked me a simple little question.
"what leads to success?"
And I felt really badly because I couldn’t give her a good answer. So I get off the plane and I come to TED. And I think, Jesus, I’m in the middle of a room with successful people. So, why don’t I ask them -what helped them succeed and pass it onto kids.

Introduction
‘Portrait of a Lady’ describes a special bond between grandmother and grandson. Khushwant Singh narrates how the relationship develops over the years, and changes as the grandson grows up and the grandmother grows older. Solitude and silence fill the grandmother's days as she distances herself from the real world. She now prefers the company of the gods and the birds. She enters a world of her own and is content with herself.

Napoleon Hill wrote that before you can master an enemy, you've got to know its name, habits and where it hangs out.
(well, maybe I twisted a thing or two)
The problem so many of us have with fear is not that it's there, but that we've got no idea where it came from so it just keeps coming and coming...
In this presentation I'm going to show you exactly how you might have acquired your fear and how to deal with it...

The case study discusses the potential of drone delivery and the challenges that need to be addressed before it becomes widespread.
Key takeaways:
Drone delivery is in its early stages: Amazon's trial in the UK demonstrates the potential for faster deliveries, but it's still limited by regulations and technology.
Regulations are a major hurdle: Safety concerns around drone collisions with airplanes and people have led to restrictions on flight height and location.
Other challenges exist: Who will use drone delivery the most? Is it cost-effective compared to traditional delivery trucks?
Discussion questions:
Managerial challenges: Integrating drones requires planning for new infrastructure, training staff, and navigating regulations. There are also marketing and recruitment considerations specific to this technology.
External forces vary by country: Regulations, consumer acceptance, and infrastructure all differ between countries.
Demographics matter: Younger generations might be more receptive to drone delivery, while older populations might have concerns.
Stakeholders for Amazon: Customers, regulators, aviation authorities, and competitors are all stakeholders. Regulators likely hold the greatest influence as they determine the feasibility of drone delivery.

Leadership Ethics and Change, Purpose to Impact Plan
My idols - adolf hitler & steve jobs
1. My idols
And
Lessons I want to learn from
them.
“Never touch your idols, the gilding will stick to your fingers."
- Mayank Choudhary
2.
3. • Hitler knew that the next level of war weapon will be of chemicals.
• He wanted to be the most powerful person in Germany .
4. • Most punctual person Germany ever produced.
• He never used to be late or absent for any meeting.
• Used to practice his speech many times with his photographer.
5. Do good things to the people…
• Big brother for staff.
• Treat them as family and play with their children.
6. “Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it,
And eventually they will believe it. “
7. Have sense of humor…
• He often cracked jokes.
• Misch said” a last living piece of history”.
8. • Never drank and smoked.
• Vegetarian meals with endless vitamin supplements.
9. • A sinner the more he sins, becomes more sensitive to evil.
• Finally Hitler committed suicide in the Berlin bunker.
10. “If you win, you need not have
to explain...If you lose, you
should not be there to
explain!”
“if you want to shine like sun
first you have to burn like it.”
“Do not compare yourself to
others. If you do so, you are
insulting yourself.”
11.
12. Beginners don’t have baggage
• The lightness of a beginner frees up creativity.
• Realised after getting fired from Apple.
13. Be what’s next
Don’t chase after what you missed. Instead, figure out what
the next big thing.
14. Don’t live someone else’s life
Steve says, “Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s
life. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner
voice.”
15. Pick your priorities carefully
Say no to the hundred other good ideas. Steve says, “People think focus means saying yes
to the thing you’ve got to focus on. But that’s not what it means at all. It means saying no
to the hundred other good ideas that there are. You have to pick carefully.”
16. You have nothing to lose
“Almost everything–all external expectations, all pride, all fear of
embarrassment or failure–these things just fall away in the face of death,
just follow your heart”.
17. It’s not the money. It’s the impact
“Being the richest man in the cemetery doesn’t matter to
me … Going to bed at night saying we’ve done something wonderful… that’s
what matters to me.”
18. If they fall in love with the company, everything else takes care of itself
• If employees fall in love with Apple, everything else will take care of itself.
• They’ll want to do what’s best for Apple, not what’s best for them, what’s best
for Steve, or anybody else.”
19. Your brand is your most valuable asset
• It’s what you stand for.
• It’s the attributes that people think of or feel when they think of you.
