We all have a place to sleep, and no I'm not talking about your car, or the couch at a friend's house,
I'm talking about a bedroom. A bedroom, is obviously a room with a bed in it, but it can be much
more than that.
Bedrooms are a place which people keep most of their belongings, a private space. I personally don't
like people going into my room, because I have everything in a certain place and if it gets moved
I'll take forever to find it. Most people have a closet to store all their clothes and anything else they
would need to store.
When I was in elementary school I had to share a bedroom with my brother, he's 2 years younger
than me, and it wasn't a very pleasant experience. There was always someone bothering me or
getting into my business. I could never have any privacy or quiet time. So, when I got the chance to
get my own bedroom in middle school, I was thrilled at the idea.
My bedroom is a small 12 by 14–foot room. That may sound like it's a big room, but trust me it's
quite tiny. It's much more than just your regular, boring bedroom, it's MY bedroom. For starters
the house I live in is my mom's house. It was built in 1890 and it has some quirks like any old house
does.
My room has more windows than any other room in my house. It has 3 windows, one on each of
the 3 outside walls. Each window a different size, and different positions on the walls. Its ceiling

The center of the room is what draws your attention. It leaves your mouth open in amazement. The
long rectangle table is made of strong mahogany solid wood, trimmed in a thin layer of gold. The

My favourite thing to do in my bedroom is jump on my bed and once when my friends came to

Before you make an entrance into my room you first need to walk up three flights of stairs it may

every day. My room makes me feel comfortable because it is my own space. My house is always
crazy, with my dog barking, and my siblings running around making noise, my room is the only
place in the house where I can come and relax without caring about everything else, the only place
that I can go to clear my mind.
My room has many characteristics of which I share; it has many pictures that I have taken, about

Another reason that my room makes me feel comfortable is that I love to dance, but I am
embarrassed to do it in front of other people, so whenever I am in my room I can turn the radio
and put on some of my favorite music and dance my best. My room gives me the confidence that I
don't have in other places, it helps me to have trust in myself, I can do the most ridiculous thing
but my room won't say anything, it will never judge me. My room is the only place where I will
try new things and if I feel confident I will try them outside of it. I will give it my best and that is
how my room helps me, by doing something there first I believe more in myself.
It is the place where I can concentrate and think about everything that is going on around me, not
only around my city or state, but all over the world. I get the chance to relax and think in what I
want to do with my life, the kind of future I want to achieve. My room is the place where I can go
and do my homework without getting distracted, where I can write down my feelings and open
my mind to new ideas. Many times I have gone to my room and just write about things that are
going around in the world that will affect me sooner or later, like global warming. I will think about
everything I have heard, and my room makes me feel comfortable like there is nothing that can stop
me from making a comment and saying what is on my mind.

My room Between touching the walls my dad painted, putting my hand on the trim or not having
my room clean it's always an issue in my house. My dad built our house so everything was done
to his liking. And by everything, I mean everything. It's either the color of paint he decided on or
the shape of the crown molding in the bathroom. It all was decided by him. My dad built our house
before I was born, every room upstairs had carpet in it, then I came along. I was allergic to carpet so
my dad had to put new hardwood flooring in my room. I was causing trouble before I was even 1.
Then, as I grew up, my sisters and I would have to keep our rooms clean and make our beds before
school. Sooner or later once my sisters started going to college and having jobs their rooms
would get messy and their beds would be unmade, but I had to keep my part of the deal up. Once
high school hit and both sisters were moved out into their own apartments I was alone at home. Just
me, my mom and my dad. Freshman through the beginning of junior year I was in the clear. I'd
wake up clean my room and make sure my bed was made before going downstairs to go to school
so I wouldn't get yelled at. Then the end of Junior year came around and I felt the senioritis
creeping up behind me. That's when it started tumbling downhill. I had stopped making my bed in
the morning and my laundry was overflowing, but I didn't mind getting yelled at for 10 minutes

Descriptive Essay About My Bedroom
I'm sitting in my room that I have now, taking some time, and imagining what my magical
bedroom would be like. My magical, imaginary bedroom would be out of this world, extraordinary.
Something many people probably dream about, but know they would not, or could not have. It
would be a dream come true if I could actually have a bedroom like this. I also wished my family
and I could live in an extremely big house. With many rooms, such as, a big kitchen, a two car
garage, 3 bathrooms, and 4 bedrooms, one for guests. My bedroom would be a bedroom as big as a
parents master bedroom. It would be a decent size, and have lots of spacious area. The walls would
be a light, baby blue, and it would have a few gray accents. I would have signs, and little decorations
on the walls. As soon as you walked in from the door you would feel very soft, furry carpet, that was
gray with a mix of white. As soon as you looked up from the beautifully laid carpet, a few feet to
your left would be a vanity with bright ring lights, and makeup mirror lights. All of my makeup
brushes would be in a section, with foundation and other makeup products organized as well. There
would be a bar wear I would put my curling irons, and my straightener. There would be a very
comfy, fluffy chair I would sit on as I was doing my hair and makeup. The chair would be as fluffy
as a polar bear's fur. There would be a greatly beautiful designed rug with baby blue, and gray
designs. Next to that a few feet away there would be a glass desk, that I did my homework on.
There'd be a jar of pens and pencils, a place for markers and scissors, as well as extra paper for all of
my work. As you went farther you would see my vintage gray dresser, with my most favorite
perfumes, and my Ocean Breeze deodorant. As well as a lint roller, and a few picture frames with
family pictures in it. My alarm clock would be atop my dresser too. As well as my hair brush, and a
few decorative things. To the right of my dresser, against my wall would be my bed. It would be a
queen sized bed, with a massaging mattress. I would have loads and bulks of different blankets.
Some heated, many fluffy, and some silky. I would have around 7 different pillows, and a few
