2. OVERVIEW:
In order for us to learn, we have to consider
the different Educational Technologies that our
teacher might use. How the teacher use the
Educational Technologies will let the learners
understand different topics. In this
presentation, we will see how those
Educational Technologies help me in my
learning from Preschool to College.
3. FLASHCARDS AND
ILLUSTRATION
The Educational Technology that our teacher
used are flashcards and illustrations. She
will show us different flashcards and we
have to give the correct answers. One of the
strategies she have made is by teaching us
how to read time. So, she get a clock (made
of cardboard). First, she taught us that we
should count the numbers by five.
4. When she noticed that we already know how
to read time, she’ll place the small arrow in
the number where she wanted, and we’re to
guess if what time is it? Then we’ll get a star.
It helps in our learning because through
flashcards and illustrations, we are more
eager to learn, because it arises our interest
to the topic. The reinforcement also help, like
there is the willingness and excitement to
answer because our teacher will mark us a
star.

6. BLACKBOARD
During my elementary period, teachers
used blackboards in teaching-learning
process. Using blackboard as we all know
is boring, because elementary students at
the age of 7-12 really want fun while
learning. But there are some teachers who
are really creative in using the available
educational technology in the classroom.
7. One of my teachers was very strict, he loves to
ask us about the discussion and we have to
write our answers on the board, that’s why, all
of us are really attentive. Through blackboard
and the proper use of the teacher to the
available educational technology, we learn. And
of course, because of the availability of
blackboard in a classroom, it’s easy for us to
cope up to the discussion and apply what we
have learned.

9. BLACKBOARD
The same as I was in elementary, our teacher
used blackboards during discussion.
Particularly during Mathematics class, it’s
hard for us to cope up to the discussion if our
teacher won’t use blackboard especially
students like who don’t love Mathematics.
But through blackboard, I learn how to solve
problems, plot the given (x, y) to the Cartesian
Coordinate Plane System.
10. I learned and enjoyed at the same time.
Lastly, it became easy for us to understand the
subject, in fact, we learned how to compute
complicated problems through the use of
blackboard. Our teacher was able to show us
the step by step computation using the
different formulas.

12. POWERPOINT
PRESENTATION
Because of the modern technology during this
generation, teachers use powerpoint during
discussion. It gives so much advantage, like
instead of writing while the teacher is
presenting the slides, the teacher will just give
us the softcopy of the presentation, so that we
can focus on the discussion.
13. Another is, it catches our attention especially
when there are some videos related to the
topic. As a future educator, modern
technologies change, we must learn how to
go with the flow. We must be computer
literate and computer competent at the
same time.
