Customer service manager and sales coordinator to the general manger of
sales department in ETA-MIFAD Group from 2001 till 2013
Responsibilities
 Managing the team and put the strategy of the department.
 Coordinate the sales team in our company.
 Issue all kind of analysis reports related to sales and marketing.
 The planner of sales department with Supply Chain department.
 Coordination between all internal department and the customer in order
to solve their problems
Achievements
 Establish a new documentary system that helps in:-
 Controlling the operation of delivery for orders
 Controlling the circle of documentation between the
departments of the company
 Establish a new department called customer service which is consider
the bridge between the customers and the internal departments of the
company to solve any problems in both sides
 Put a new strategy of following the orders start from issue the order till
collecting the money to control collection which decrease the loose of
time and money
 I was a member of ISO team which help in developing the company
 Establish a new strategy of supporting the sales team to help them in
sales as follow
 Follow up the customer by a way that assure their continuity
 Putting the customers short plans and forecast to assure the
presences of buffer stock and avoid any shortage of stock
 Issue different kinds of reports that help sales team to follow
the sales chart of each customer
 Put a strategy between C.S department and supply chain
department that helps them to understand and follow the needs
of the customers
