Meetings are important just if
they are important.
A not important meeting is the
opportunity cost of inefficiency
and unproductivity. Also, bad
meetings cause real human
anguish in the form of anger,
lethargy, cynicism, and even in
the way of lower self-esteem
(Cantero-Gomez, 2019).
A bad meeting can cause a
waste of time and money, so
you need to be careful taking
those chooses.
There is no need to make
everybody listen to the whole
process undertaken to get to the
final outcome: penuries,
problems, issues, and efforts to
get there should not be part of
the story.
They are time-consuming and
generally, boring for all those
other team members who are
enough occupied with their own
stuff. Show them the
importance of coming fully
prepared, with achievements,
ideas, future lines of action and
solutions. (Cantero-Gomez,
2019).
It is important to recognize
every achievement the team
work gets this will help in their
confidence.
By the end of all
productive meeting,
everybody should be easily
able, to sum up briefly and
clearly, the main points
discussed and the main
next lines of action
(Cantero-Gomez, 2019).

A not important meeting is the opportunity cost of inefficiency and unproductivity. Also, bad meetings cause real human anguish in the form of anger, lethargy, cynicism, and even in the way of lower self-esteem (Cantero-Gomez, 2019). A bad meeting can cause a waste of time and money, so you need to be careful taking those chooses. There is no need to make everybody listen to the whole process undertaken to get to the final outcome: penuries, problems, issues, and efforts to get there should not be part of the story. They are time-consuming and generally, boring for all those other team members who are enough occupied with their own stuff. Show them the importance of coming fully prepared, with achievements, ideas, future lines of action and solutions. (Cantero-Gomez, 2019). It is important to recognize every achievement the team work gets this will help in their confidence. By the end of all productive meeting, everybody should be easily able, to sum up briefly and clearly, the main points discussed and the main next lines of action (Cantero-Gomez, 2019).
