 Handling the entire operations as Project Procurement Manager at Chennai Metro Rail Under Ground project,
involving 7 stations, one Casting yard and 3 batching plants and fabrication plant.
 Additionally handling Ennore Thermal power project (500 MW X 3) –(BOP) & Construction of Tuticorin Thermal
Power Project (1 x 660 MW) –BOP – 2.5 yrs…….. procurement activity.
 Leading a team of 29 staffs for timely procurement of BOQ materials, capital equipment & consumables.
 Handling the stores activity involving Two Main stores and 7 sub stores, monitoring receipt and issue of materials
to the tune of Rs.14 Crores monthly average, besides steel warehouse inventory of 50 Crores.

million savings.
