2. What its About
The World of Amphibians Application is about getting to know the
amphibians that have existed around the world since the beginning of
this planet. Children under 13 can explore the many types of
amphibians, and with the help of a parent, can submit photos through
the Social Media interaction. Kids can see what other people have
posted, and it’ll be a visual only experience so parents don’t have to
worry about their children interacting with strangers.

• Children Under Age 13
• Mobile database bank of all amphibians that have existed on the
planet
• Additional info includes diets, height, weight, natural defense mechanisms
4. User Journey
• When the app initially opens, the user will be greeted with a
dinosaur with a button below that says “Start Discovering”
• When pressed the page will load with a selection of all continents
that amphibians have inhabited, each selection goes by continent
• Below the start discovering button there will be a “Social Media”
button that will direct users to a different page that will allow
users to look at content uploaded by other users, usually in the
form of pictures, making it a form of social media interaction

• Stronger green color is used as background
• Lighter shades used as accents or font color
8. Continent/Region Selection
Screen
• The Continent Selection page is the page you go to after
clicking “Start Discovering”. Click on a continent to look at
amphibians that exist or have existed in that specific
continent. The reasoning behind the layout is so the size
ratio wouldn’t be disproportionate.
9. Social Media Interaction
• The Social Media Interaction Section would be
similarly laid out like Instagram’s
• The submission entry would make it easier for
parents to submit pictures for their children so they
don’t have to worry about the latter interacting with
strangers
