This document discusses multi-touch interaction and authentication. It describes the enrollment and verification stages of multi-touch gesture authentication. Features are extracted from gestures and pairwise distances are calculated between enrolled and input gestures. A dissimilarity score is then used to accept or reject the gesture based on a threshold. Advantages include flexibility, speed, simultaneous use, usability and value. Performance is evaluated using metrics like FAR, FRR and EER. While more work is needed, multi-touch authentication shows potential for practical use.
