Introduction
• Sanitizing hospital rooms with human effort is not an easy
task. It increases the chances of contracting infection,
leading to further spread of harmful microorganisms
• COVID-19 Detection sensor that helps to detect the symptoms
of COVID.
• The sensor works by detecting the basic symptoms of the
virus, which are: increased body temperature and shortness
of breath.
Hospital sanitizing
• The UV sanitization robot uses the power of UV rays to kill
germs and bacteria. The robot can also give a live video
stream of its surroundings. With the help of WiFi, we can
control the robot and its GUI allows us to drive the robot
inside a hospital room without physically being there. All this
enables us to sanitize the hospital room as per our
requirements. By killing the germs, the UV light restricts their
multiplication by destroying their reproductive system.

Sensor detection
• This is a concept of COVID-19 Detection that
helps to detect the symptoms of COVID-19
• For this, we need two types of sensors…
• The first one is for temperature
measurement Mpu6050 sensor.
• For blood oxygen percentage calculation
Max30100 sensor
How does COVID suspect detection sensor work??
• First, it checks the temperature of the body using a sensor.
• Next, if it detects that temperature is higher than usual then it passes the
first symptom to positive, indicating the symptom on OLED display
as s1+.
• Then, using the Max30100 sensor it monitors the heartbeat and oxygen
percentage
• If the device calculates that the oxygen percentage in the blood is below
the normal oxygen level then the device passes the second symptom as
well, indicating the symptom on OLED display as s2+
• If both the symptoms are positive, the person might have contracted
the virus and can be taken to a hospital for confirmation and
treatment.
