MTS Telecom Services have completed three (3) years work residency /experience in United
Arab Emirates and working closely with NOKIA for IBS projects for dU and started with Etisalat.
MTS Telecom Services have installed nearly one hundred (100) sites belonging to Du operator,
all works have been done under Hayat company. These sites include 2G/3G installations, MW
Links and BTS Installations /integrations for Huawei.
MTS Telecom services have also done more than fifty (50) sites in IBS (DAS/TI) through FCCI,
Khatim, Waseela and with Nokia and Huawei (through Service Partner).
MTS Telecom Services have also done FTTH project belonging to Etisalat in Abu Dhabi under
Hayat Company.

PRADIP KUMAR MAJUMDER
An Indian National, brings with him more than 25 years of Experience in the Telecom
Industry from some of the most challenging markets in the world. He has held senior
positions in India, Africa & Middle-East, where he as been credited as the driving force behind
the success of several regional Telecom Operators.
In India, he led the GSM network infrastructure development from the scratch for Usha Martin
Telekom (currently known as Vodafone) in a record time of 6 months for M2M call.
Also he was involved in GSM network build and operations for Reliance Telecom Core group
and made a significant contribution for 2G launch in 7 circles/13 states in India.
In Africa, he led the network coverage, capacity and business expansion of a regional
operator MTN in Ghana, Benin & Liberia. He brought many changes, innovation in the
network architecture, customer satisfaction & outstanding contribution to the nation’s
economy .
More recently, he played a pivot role in world’s most security prone country Afghanistan. He
transformed the entire Transmission network into a new regional capacity hub for
International Military troops in Afghanistan by building a National long distance backbone in
difficult terrain.
Among his key priorities would be to develop a customer-focused organization that can
deliver an innovative portfolio of services backed by a consistently high level of customer
service in order to build a strong, unique and reliable MTS TELECOM brand.
