This document provides guidance for higher education institutions (HEIs) on collecting and submitting data for the Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements (ARIIA) 2021 assessment. It outlines 8 key sections that HEIs should collect data on, such as events and programs held to promote innovation and entrepreneurship, academic programs offered, dedicated facilities, innovations generated, startups established, intellectual property generated, budgets spent and revenues earned to support innovation activities, and participation in initiatives by the Ministry of Education. HEIs will need to submit this collected data through the ARIIA Data Submission Portal for assessment and ranking under ARIIA 2021.
