This document outlines a research study on awareness, knowledge and attitudes about HPV infection and vaccination in Kenya. The study aimed to assess awareness and knowledge of HPV vaccination and determine its acceptability. An online questionnaire was distributed via SMS using the mSurvey platform to 184 respondents, 70% of whom were female. Some challenges included time constraints, needing ethical approval, and pending questionnaires. Preliminary results found low awareness of cervical cancer vaccination and inadequate knowledge about HPV and cervical cancer. Recommendations included improving education programs on HPV/cervical cancer and evaluating vaccination programs.
