What is the name of the Firewall?
The Firewall is a Cisco SecurePIX that acts as a Firewall and VPN communication router.

When you talk about VPN access, can you give me a little more details, VPN IPSEC, SSL, Terminal services… Do we need to
install a client software on the work stations?
The Cisco Firewall allows a VPN connexion in Ipsec mode. You need to install a VPN client on each workstatikons that requires access
to the application
Are all servers (EPM & MS-SQL) in the same DMZ zone?
There is a terminal server in one DMZ zone, the EPM and SQL servers are set up in another zone which is not DMZ type.

Within a proposal, do you consider the specific needs in bandwidth? If yes, what they are?
Terminal server access decreases the need in bandwidth. Also, the needs in bandwith for the hosted SIRIUS EPM environment take
into consideration multiple clients services, and the server and network infrastructures are delimited according to the needs.

Does the MS-SQL infrastructure have redundancy? What are the SLA (availability) for the whole whole service?
The SQL server on which the environment in resides is set up with redundancy (RAID1, double power supply, double CPU…) which
allows a high availability. The service parameters are described in the proposal.
