Brought aboard to take full charge of Florida Finishing Co., a newly acquired, troubled commercial and industrial
painting company. Closely evaluated all facets of the operation, developed a cohesive management team, and
developed and implemented new policies, processes, procedures, and practices to effectively turn around the
business. Tripled the workforce, and guided efforts in areas of sales and marketing, new product development,
cost control, regulatory compliance, and new business development. Develop and manage customer driven
accreditations while furthering marketing efforts with the design and launch of a new website, and promoting the
company through select trade shows and other marketing strategies and opportunities.
Upon arrival in 2007, company had substantial payroll debt and was achieving less than desired in gross sales volume.
By 2013, efforts had eliminated payroll debt and company was reporting Gross Sales volume of $500K .
Transitioned Florida Finishing into a Defense/Aerospace accredited company specializing in the lucrative aerospace,
military, DOD, Navy, and Air Force finishing markets.
