Moto GP is both an individual and team sport. While riders compete individually in races, they rely on support from teams of people who help prepare their bikes and ensure they are physically and mentally ready. Riders train both in the gym and on their bikes to build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Proper rest and nutrition are also important for recovery. The races take place on racetracks where riders circuit around to try and win the trophy.
