the highest acceptance percentage (25 out of 25) in my chapter’s existence (over 149 years).
 As an assistant Recruitment Chair in fall 2013-spring 2014, I had a lead role in bringing in the largest pledge class (31 members) in my
chapter’s existence (over 149 years).
 Planning, organizing and coordinating a year-round chapter recruitment program that will continue a strong tradition for years to
