 Problems faced:
 Manual creation of accounts in Moodle
 Too many passwords
 Manual enrollment
 Out dated student list – during “drop & add” period
 Accounts on-hold are not reflected in Moodle
 Dis-continue accounts after graduation

 Automated script
 Reads from Banner
 Run daily after midnight
 Groups of students per section
 Push the groups into Active Directory
 Under student organizational unit
 Creating organizational unit for every role (Instructor, Co-instructor…)
 Groups are created based on Moodle “Course ID”
