1. MY ACADEMIC RECORD
The purpose of the tool is to provide an easy and
friendly view of the academic record to all the
users who are studying university grades.
The objective is to create an ecosystem between
moodle platform and their external administration
tools.
2. STUDY CASE: MY ACADEMIC RECORD
Customer profile :
Medium institution that provides university grades
and secondary education.
Business Situation:
The client needs a tool to give the students an
easily see report sorted and displayed by academic
year.
The tool is implemented as a local extension. So the
users will access it like a new Moodle feature.
The Challenge:
The challenge is to display the external record of the
students in a Moodle friendly report.
The report must be ordered in actual academic year
and past years, also the extension will combine
each year credits.
3. STUDY CASE: MY ACADEMIC RECORD
The solution is to create an easy extension to display the data for each student in a pleasant view. We’ve designed a
view where the student can check his actual data record or past academic years.
Here are the possibilities for the users:
● Chose between actual year or past years record.
● View grades for each subject.
● Year menu to make the navigation easier.

The students now will check his own academic history without leaving Moodle, combining friendly and pleasant view.
