DFM - we provide DFM report in order to
discuss with customers all mold and product
details and generate optimal mold design
solution.
Mold flow simulation - with mold flow
simulation we are indentifying potential
injection process and product errors (air traps,
warpage etc.) and bringing solutions before
mold manufacturing starts.
Weekly reports – in order to follow up project
schedule, Customers are informed on weekly
basis about mold manufacturing stage.
Mold trial report – prioir to shipping, trial report
is delivered to Customer for final check and
approval.
