Gud Mould Industry Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of plastic injection moulds
and die-casting moulds. Founded in 2007, Gud Mould Industry Co., Ltd. covers an area
of 7000 square meters and has more than 100 experienced staffs, of which more than
30 with years of experience in this field. Gud Mould has a large number of advanced
precision die and mould processing equipment such as EDM, WEDM, milling machines,
tool grinders; detection equipment and instruments such as imported spectrometers,
metallographic analyzers, water capacity detectors, coordinate detectors, gauges.
International advanced AutoCAD, Pro/E, UG, Cimatron, MASTERCAM are applied in die
design and production. All manufacturing processes realize digitalization to ensure
stability of high precision and quality of dies. Materials are made of high quality steel and
precision standard die base, which ensures service performance and life. In line with

10. ENGINEER SYSTEM
Gud Mould has a group of competitive molding designers
who can design 3D, 2D and other molding design
efficiently and accurately. Simultaneously CAD / CAM /
CAE, ProEngineer and Solidworks UG design software are
introduced to improve design quality and progress. To
minimize design errors, actual machining conditions is be
taken into account to perform a model flow analysis for
product structure. MOLDFLOW software is used to
simulate resin flow in the cavity, provide the best
solution and greatly shorten mold development cycle.
