Atul Technocast Pvt Ltd. was established in 2014 with an aim to be premium quality
casting manufacturer providing premium products in terms of Quality, Competitive
Pricing, Precision and Perfection. Along with investment casting foundry we also have set
up valve unit in the year 2020, we have been catering India’s leading and MNC
companies. we have group of highly qualified, skilled and experienced manpower
dedicated to provide high precision and perfection .
Atul Technocast is spread in land of 4500 sq.m. with modern and sophisticated plant with
production capacity up to 1200 metric Tons per annum, we have ability to produce over
100+ different grade ferrous materials and we adding more with customer demand. we
also have CNC and VMC machining facility to deliver finished and ready to assemble
investment casting components.

● ATPL is certified by TUV Rheinland ISO 9001:2018 and
AD/PED 2014/68/EU and we also have IBR registration.
● ATPL policy is to progress through continuous research and
development in process control and adopting latest
technology for the casting process.
● For final assurance of castings, best in process and operation
are done to get high quality products.
● Quality is ensured through well equipped Tool room, Chemical
and Metallurgical laboratory and course inspection
equipments to check conformity of specifications.

We can cast the below metals as per ASTM , DIN, EN, and BS grades
SS Grades CF8 - CF8M, CF3M, CF7M -CH20 - CK20 - CD4MCU - CF3MCUN
Carbon steels: WCB - WCC - LCB - LCC - Etc
Duplex SS: CD4MCUN - Grade 3A, 4A, 5A etc.
Super Alloys: Hast B - Hast C - Hast Alloy 22C - monel, satellite 6, 12-50cr 50NCB etc
