Mr. Asad-Ur-Rehman is a Senior IT Consultant with extensive experience in software development and
implementation. Mr. Asad has over 24 years of experience in IT industry in various roles and capacities.
He is Executive Director at OISOL Pvt. Ltd. His last position was Director Sales and Operations at Business
Beam. Before that he was CEO at Plexus a Software House. He has worked as Chief Technology Officer at
large manufacturing and distribution group (Kolson), heading their IT department .
As a Business consultant he can identify the business need of organization. Through analysis of business
requirements a workable solution can be suggested to that particular business (enterprise). Good
knowledge of knowledge areas defined by IIBA. He is also member of International Institute of Business
Analysis (IIBA) and published Business Analysis related material on IIBA shared resources.

Faisal Jalal is the Country General Manager (Pakistan, Afghanistan) of a Multinational Company in the country.
He has over 16 years diversified experience of working in senior management positions in multinationals and
large Pakistani organizations, having served as General Manager of Thal Limited, Head of Supply Chain & IT at
Agriauto Industries Limited, and Head of IT at atlas Asset Management Limited as well as Manager IT systems
at Philips Electrical Industries of Pakistan Limited. He also serves as a Director on the Board of the company.
He holds a Master Degree in Industrial Management from NED University. Also he is an MBA from Institute of
Business Administration Karachi; and is a graduate in Computer Information Systems from NED University.

Mr. Usman Waheed has 14 years of experience in IT industry. He has spent 2 years in working in IT industry as
Senior Systems Analyst and later joined academia as faculty member. Currently he is working as Assistant
Professor at Bahria University. Before joining Bahria Mr. Usman was permanent faculty at PAF-KIET.
Mr. Usman is MS Computer Sciences (Specialization in Software Engg from SZABIST and done
his BS form Sir Syed University. After his MS Mr. Usman has publishes more than 21 research papers
on various topics nationally and internationally.
Mr. Usman has very strong concepts of UML, Universal Data Models and Scrum and
Extreme Programming frame work. He has been teaching these topics at Bahria and PAF-KIET.
