commercialization of Learning, but have not
invested in Professional Management capabilities

7. Technology Begins at Home
Erstwhile technology was mostly in corporates; and
individuals borrowed and emulated at home.
Nowadays technology is very much in homes / social
circles. Adoption is a natural process for students, when
they move to industry.
Education system still to exploit this.
Industry Readiness
Processes, Methods and Tools are fast changing in the
industry.
Need to have newer courses, syllabi, full-time internships –
in line with industry.
Industry to contribute to academia thru elective subjects,
innovation labs, etc.
Instill Passion and Challenge Status Quo
Young minds entering universities are possibly drained-out
due to the high-pressure till pre-university.
Need to re-visit the curriculum to awaken the “questioning
mind”
Avenues to change the outlook from Securing “A JOB” to
