During the internship I have been put under the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle
Department. The task that I had been given was to assembly and test the UAV
system. There are two project that I had been involved with the UAV department,
which to test and assemble the plane type UAV for aerial mapping and copter type
UAV for security surveillances.
Projects Final Year Project (Individual) :
Development of Controller for Brushless DC Motor
The brushless DC (BLDC) motor have a lots of advantages compared to normal
brushed DC motors such as high torque capability, simple to construct, less noise
produced, small inertia and also long life of operation. In this project, a
development of a controller for BLDC motor that able to withstand high
temperature environment constructed and tested the performance of the controller.
In order to verify the performance of the BLDC motor controller a load rig is
connected to the motor shaft.

Underwater Search Robots
Nowadays there are many cases of airplanes and ships sink underwater. As we can
see the latest case of airplane crash is the Airasia QZ8501 that had crashed near the
Indonesian sea. Usually the time that need to be taken for the responsible
authorities to search for the plan takes a long time. Thus the needed for underwater
rover that can help together for the search are much needed to shorten the time.
Furthermore, we as a human beings have our own limit that make us harder to help
for the planes or ships underwater. Therefore the use of underwater rover that can
help with the search underwater without any problem can improve the search
quality and the time to find the missing airplanes or ships.

The purpose of this club are to implement the anti-corruption
thinking, reduce the abuse of power and corruption among university
students, exposing students to the university anti-corruption programs, to
make IPT students as presenter on anti-corruption message to the
community and outside of campus, to increase the awareness and
appreciation of the values of integrity while performing their duties, to
educate and expose students to the implementation of IPT community
programs that emphasize on moral values, to establish a reference center
about the penalties for corruption, abuse of power and the role of the
MACC in dealing with this crime and lastly to enhance the mutual
cooperation between the MACC and IPT.

Club Infomation :
Caring Club is one of the fourteen clubs under the Center for
University Social Responsibility which focusing on the matters related
to orphans. This club was established in 1997 and continuously held
many programmes such as mentoring and facilitating to the orphans
nearby. Among the activities that give big-impact to the orphans are
frequent visits to a few orphanages as well as conducting religious,
motivation, and academic activities.
