This study aims to identify: i) The effect of teacher welfare, self-sustaining development, job satisfaction, and teacher performance on the teaching professional attitude; ii) The effect of teacher welfare on self-development, job satisfaction, and teacher performance; iii) The effect of self-sustaining development on the professional attitude, welfare, job satisfaction, and teacher performance of teachers; and iv) The effect of teacher job satisfaction on teaching performance. This study was quantitative research with a correlational type. The sample was 155 vocational high school teachers in Central Java, Indonesia. Data was collected through a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique used structural equation modeling with the linear structural relationship type. The study revealed that the teacher's professional attitude has an effect on teacher welfare but not on self-development, job satisfaction, or teacher performance. Teacher welfare has an effect on independent development but has no effect on teacher performance. Hence, independent development does not affect job satisfaction but affects teacher performance. Furthermore, job satisfaction has no effect on teacher performance. These findings can be used as study material for future researchers to analyze the research variables or other variables, such as leadership style, work motivation, work discipline, and others.

Analyzing the Effectiveness of In-Service Training (Inset) and Its Impact on ...Medha Tripathi
It is important to teachers entering into the profession of teaching to engage in high quality professional development opportunities like teacher training programs and in service practices to ensure the quality and effectiveness of teaching. Although applicants begin to become familiar with such chances before the entry of theirs into profession, the test of theirs with those opportunities maturates once they go into the profession. Nevertheless, to
what degree the professional development opportunities are already developed is still being studied. It's commonly recognized that appropriate professional development opportunities
lead to the transformation of habits and beliefs in a good manner. Nevertheless, developing programs detached from the practitioners' perspectives will be badly based as in-service
teacher perspectives can help develop the ensuing opportunities better. This research paper aims at describing the impact of in service training activities for professional advancement of teachers in India. Using close-ended questions, experience and perception of teachers (n=150, m=100, f=50), whom availed the chance getting in service training, were definitely accomplished. Results of the study revealed the beneficial effect of in service
training programs plans on the Professional Advancement of Teachers. The study also revealed the good perception of teachers relating to the professional development of theirs.
It recommended the in service training programs to be created in line with the topic instead of common.

Educational administration between reality and hopejournal ijrtem
ABSTRACT: The pedagogical administration has undergone a certain transformation in relation to the changes in the Moroccan education system. From a classical action model to a modern and multifunctional conception of the pedagogical manager, which needs a redefinition of the referential framework for administrative executives. The different reforms in the Moroccan education system have led to changes in educational administration in a process of decentralization / deconcentration, towards a new model of good leadership and participative management seeking efficiency and results-based management. The implementation of new management methods in schools is highly dependent on the levels of competence required for good leadership. The study proves that there is an awareness of the importance of modern management tools and their impact on academic performance. Pedagogical administration is a major pillar in the Moroccan education system for a quality school.

On the Use of the Causal Analysis in Small Type Fit Indices of Adult Mathemat...QUESTJOURNAL
ABSTRACT: Model evaluation is one of the most important aspects of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Many model fit indices have been developed. It is not an exaggeration to say that nearly every publication using the SEM methodology has reported at least one fit index. Fit is the ability of a model to reproduce the data in the variance-covariance matrix form. A good fitting model is one that is reasonably consistent with the data and doesn’t require respecification and also its measurement model is required before estimating paths in a covariance structure model. A baseline model of four constructs together with a combination of none, one, two, three or four additional constructs was constructed with latent variables: educational performance, socioeconomic label, self concept and parental authority using dichotomous digits 0 or 1 for each additional construct. 16 progressively nested models were considered starting with baseline model using the mathematics adult learners data from the modeling sample and employing some small fit indexes which are commonly used (AIC, CAIC, RMR, SRMR, RMSEA, 2 / DF among others) [1] to test the fitness of the model. The measures of model fit based on results from analysis of the covariance structure model are presented.

Recruitment Practices And Staff Performance In Public Universities: A Case St...QUESTJOURNAL
ABSTRACT: Recruitment, as a human resource management function, is one of the activities that impact most critically on the performance of any organization irrespective of its size and location. Public Universities, known to train professionals that exhibit transformative leadership and successfully run blue-chip companies have equally suffered from rampart industrial unrest and human resource malpractices across Kenya. Could it be a unique trend of organizational deviance that could be reflecting absence of a well executed staff recruitment practice? While it is understood and accepted that poor recruitment decisions continue to affect organizational performance and limit goal achievement, knowledge about this aspect in Public Universities remains scanty. The aim of this study was to address this gap by evaluating how recruitment practices affect performance of administrative staff in Public Universities using Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, Kenya as a case reference. A cross-sectional survey design was employed while sampling strategy was a blend of multiphase, stratified and purposive sampling. A sample size of 124 out of 1150 comprised mainly of administrative staff was used and that a questionnaire was the principal tool of data collection. Results were analyzed using frequency tables, mean, standard deviation and simple linear regression. The study found that a recruitment policy existed at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, Kenya and that both external and internal recruitment practices were used to recruit employees at the University. However, it was noted that most of the university employees are recruited through media advert, internal advertisement, through transfers and promotions. The results of the regression indicated that recruitment practices are a significant predictor of employee performance, which was explained by 32% of variance and a moderate relationship captured by beta weight value of 0.57. On effectiveness of the recruitment policy, only 30% rated it as effective while 62% were indifferent and 8% rated it ineffective. The study concluded that although a significant relationship between recruitment practices and employee performance existed, it’s effectiveness and therefore positive impact on employee performance depended on employees’ positive perception and rating. It’s recommended that the Universities should avoid biasness in the recruitment process as this will negatively impact on employee performance.
Pesse Na Siri’ Budgetary System: A Historiography Study of Luwu Kingdom in Is...QUESTJOURNAL
ABSTRACT: This study aimed to explore the budgetary system of pesse na siri’ at Luwu kingdom in the Islamic period of 1593 to 1945. Through the historiography method, it showed the base existence of the spiritual sense sensitivity, i.e., pesse (empathy) and siri’ (shame) and Islamic law in budgetary system. In the resources management, it was carried out in four stages, namely planning, implementation, reporting, and evaluation. Operationally, the pesse na siri’ budgetary system on the mobilization mechanism of resources or budget (balanca) through the top down system (i.e., known as balanca pole riwawo) and bottom up system (i.e., known as balanca pole riawa). The top down system was a mobilization resource form from agricultural products of the king’s land (i.e., known in Buginese language as Tanana datue) and the palace logistic. Meanwhile, the bottom up came from the resource offer–i.e., known as makkasiwiyang–mechanism, consisting of makkasiwiyang lili’ (the lower government level), makkasiwiyang ale (personal/individual), and makkasiwiyang reso (labor). One of the Islamic impacts in this system was to direct the budgetary system based on the Shari’a or Islamic law.

Exploring the Effectiveness of the Arabic LanguageTeaching Methods in Indones...QUESTJOURNAL
ABSTRACT: The aim of this research work is to identify the effectiveness of the Arabic language teaching methods in Indonesia(National University of Malang for Sample)in terms of making use of Arabic as a medium of communication among the students in the light of the modern approaches in teaching and learning of Arabic language. This research is methodologically characterized as a descriptive, analytical, evaluative and field research work. In order to arrive at the purpose of this study, a questionnaire has been designed and carried out on a specimen from the teachers of the concerned university. Eventually, the study has arrived into a finding that the method used in the university is the Eclectic Method (i.e. Selective Method), except that translation is utilized extensively with it, and it might influentially cause the depreciation of the communication skill of the students, and the major intermediary language for the Arabic language teaching is the Indonesian language. However, its uncontrolled over-usage in the Arabic language teaching procedure may negatively cause the weakness of the students in the listening and speaking skills, since they could not get enough opportunity to practice them during language learning, in addition to the fact that the teachers might be employed as Arabic language teachers on the basis of their high conversance with the grammatical rules of Arabic language and not on their skills in the Arabic language communication medium.

ABSTRACT: The purpose of Larkin as literary artist was to convey his ultimate message that man has to transcend the gross environment for the attainment for final goal. His poem opens with important question which prompt us to scrutinize ourselves. According to Philip Larkin “when you come to talk about once duty as writer then ones can say that his duty is to write for harmony”. In this paper there an urge in Larkin’s poem to attain transcendental knowledge by which everything is known. The meaningful change in environment through literature result from the development of qualities and attitude that foster constructive pattern of human interaction through literature. In an age of highly industrialized and mechanized structure of our society where we have 'given our hearts away a sordid boon' and where all spiritual values have been thrown overboard, the relevance of selecting this topic "Spiritual Quest in Philip Larkin" becomes important. In Larkin's poetry there is invariably, an element of spiritual crises, a note of subsequent struggle to step out of it. This inner conflict to proceed forward in the path of Divine realization lends magnificence to his poetic and spiritual personality.

Down the Purgatory of Memories:The Pain of Remembering in M alayalam Naxal Ci...QUESTJOURNAL
ABSTRACT:Keralam, the southern most state in India is known for its cinema and politics. It is in Kerala that Communist Party came to power through Parliamentary election process for the first time in history. The political consciousness nurtured by the Communist movement found its reflections in Malayalam (language being spoken by the people of Keralam) Cinema as well. As a result films produced during the formative years of Malayalam Cinema were characterized by their political content. Having said this it should also be added that since those films are produced within the dominant production system with a view to garner profit they fail to politically stimulate the audience. But the situation had been changed after the Naxalite (radical left movement ideologically inclined to Maoism) uprising in 1969 during which both the feudal/bourgeois value orientations and the alleged degeneration of the Communist Party were challenged by the educated radical youths who fought for an immediate revolution. The state promptly intervened and contained Naxalite uprising with an iron fist. The repressive machinery of the state intervened whenever instances of resistance occurred. The Emergency declared in 1975 exposed the inhuman face of government that unleashed series of tortures against its citizens. The post -1980 political films, otherwise called as Naxalite films, try to recapture the tormenting experience of being political during the time of such mass oppression. Those movies resort to memory to expose the stark experience of the past.Remembering is a way of representing the past with all its nuances as it situates the remembering subject at close proximity with the past. At the same time Naxalite movies explored the possibility of forgetting also to unveil the subtle complexities of individual's relationship with the past. Here I consider two Malayalam films-AmmaAriyan(1986) directed by John Abraham and Margam (2003) directed by Rajeev Vijayaraghavan- to investigate how memory and oblivion are meticulously used by the filmic narratives to politicize a society already under the grip of political amnesia.
Professional Competences: An Integrative Approach for Defining The Training C...QUESTJOURNAL
ABSTRACT: This paper offers an integrative proposal for Business Administrationcurricular programs. For that purpose, we have carried out a survey with teachers from upper Business Administration courses so as to select a group of key competences for the contemporary Administrator, which has allowed us to elaborate an integrative proposal of curricular program for the Business Administration scholars in Brazil. As a qualitative research, it consists of a multiple case study with empirical approach and a triangular analysis based on Moraes (2014).Its main objective has been to analyze the curricular programs from five higher education institutions in the state of Rio Grande do Sul and two other foreign institutions in South America. At first, we have asked ourselves the following question: How to adapt the Business Administration curricular program to the contemporary needs as far as the vocational training competences of Administrators are concerned? In order to answer it, we have analyzed the National Curriculum Guidelines (DCN) and the Political-Educational Projects of Business Administration Courses (PPC/CSA). After that, we have compared the Curricular Components (CC) of the Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) under analysis. After performing the triangular textual analysis of the DCN, PPC/CSA and CC of all HEIs under study, we have carried out a survey with 35 teachers from Business Administration upper courses through a computerized online questionnaire. We have sent a Survey Monkey link for a total of 40 teachers, however, only 35 answered it (87.5%); we have considered 100% valid answers. Previously, based on the doctrine of competences and curriculum according to the most renowned authors – suchas Vygostsky, Freire, Sacristán, Piaget, Saviani, Bloom, Libâneo (curriculum); Fleury & Fleury, Zarifian, Perrenoud, Lisboa (competences), among others – wehave concluded that implementing the integrative proposal will providemore well-prepared graduates from the Business Administration course right to the competitive and globalized labor market.

Challenges to Traditional Gender Norms in Mary Wollstonecraft’s A Vindication...QUESTJOURNAL
Mary Wollstonecraft challenged traditional gender norms of the late 18th century in her work A Vindication of the Rights of Women. She argued that women deserved equal rights to education and independence as men, as they possessed the same rational capacities. Wollstonecraft criticized views that saw women's purpose as pleasing men and focused solely on domestic duties. She believed women should have the opportunity to develop their minds through education instead of being limited by their gender. Wollstonecraft's radical arguments for women's rights and education still resonate today in discussions of gender equality.

Madrasah is supposed to guarantee kepuasasan to internal or external customers, not only in teaching
and learning, but also includes the administration of service. Administrative services are an integral part of all
educational activities in schools / madrasah. One of the factors that may affect the quality of school / madrasah
is the quality of service to internal and external customers. Good service to internal and external customers can
reflect the quality of school / madrasah in the eyes of internal and external customers. Quality according Erward
Deming and Joseph Juran is situated capable least provide results in accordance with customer expectations, in
other words Deming and Juran put the quality on the predicate that can give hope that customers want, or are

From the description of the background, issues and identification of the problem, the problem only on
matters related to Customer Satisfaction administrative personnel. Given the various limitations that make
constraint studies, this research will not disclose all with ties to the Customer Satisfaction Employees at
Madrasah Aliyah, but research is directed at the variables that allegedly have links to Customer Satisfaction
employees are Knowledge Management and Work Motivation. Guiltinan (2007: 7) argues that one of the
benefits of customer satisfaction (satisfaction) are able to increase customer loyalty.
Based on the pre-survey fielded, the data obtained and Opera which indicates customer dissatisfaction

Employees Satisfaction Services
Service satisfaction in this context according to the Employee Satisfaction Service (Kotler and
Armstrong 2001: 9): The extent to which the notion of performance products such jasra and goods to meet
consumer expectations (Power Administration). When performance pelayana services is lower than the
expectations of customers, the customers were satisfied or very happy. Satisfaction is the response or responses
of consumers regarding the fulfillment (Zeithaml and Bitner, 2000: 75). Contentment is the assessment of the
characteristic or feature products or services, or the product itself, which provides consumers the level of
excitement associated with the fulfillment of consumption needs of consumers.
Subsequently (Pasuraman, Zeithaml, and Berry, 1998), suggests that customer satisfaction is the
customer's feelings toward one type of service he got. According to (Kevin Lane Keller, 2009) quoted from the
book Marketing Management said that Customer Satisfaction is feeling happy or disappointed someone who
emerged after comparing the performance (yield) of products considered against the expected performance.
Quality of service is an attitude or the way employees serve customers in a satisfactory manner,
Tjiptono (2007), with the dimension Tangibles, Reliability, ressponsiveness, assurence and empathy. Quality
services focused on addressing the needs and desires of consumers and accuracy of delivery to keep pace with
consumer expectations. According to (Wyckof in Tjiptono, 2007), the quality of services is the expected level of
excellence and control over the level of excellence to meet consumer desires. Consumers who consume and
enjoy services companies should determine the quality of services provided. If the services received by
consumers exceeds or equals the expectation, it can be stated that the services provided by the service provider
is a good or satisfactory and vice versa.
Knowledge Management.
Knowledge Management is accessing, evaluating, managing, organizing, and distribution of
information with certain ways so it is useful for the user. Knowledge according to Bloom covering Know
understanding application, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation, (Luthans, Fred, 2006: 7-15).
Knowledge management is a human feeling to make the process of knowledge sharing, as well as learn
and work together more effectively, as a process that is mentally fun (fun mentality). With this concept, Gurteen
creating knowledge-sharing process, known as Knowledge Caffee (David Gurteen, 2012).
Knowledge management is the systematic process of finding, selecting, organizing, extracting and
presenting knowledge in a certain way, so that workers are able to utilize and improve the mastery of knowledge
in a field of study that is specific, then there is a process of institutionalization that knowledge is created as
knowledge companies (Jann and Lantu, 2006). Management includes management functions such as planning,
organizing, implementing and monitoring according to (George R Terry, 2009:30).
Work motivation.
Motivation is the impetus generated from a person, consciously or unconsciously, to perform an action
with a specific purpose; or business that causes a person or group of people to move to do something because
they want to reach the desired destination or to get satisfaction with perbuatanya it. So motivation is the strength
or encouragement that there is on the employee to act or behave in certain ways. The strength of the form of the
individual's willingness to do something, or in accordance with the individual capabilities of each, Stephen P
Robbins (2006: 42)
Mc Galton states that motivation is tremendous pressure resulting from a persistence and genius, while
Mr Cok defines motivation as different creativity in various efforts to encourage or stimulate and lead or
channel behavior towards achieving the needs of the member satisfaction or reduce imbalances (Elliot, Andrew
J, Dweck, Carol S. Handbook of Competence and Motivation, New York: The Guilford Press, 2005:209).

2) Work Motivation affect the Service Employees partial satisfaction; and
3)Knowledge Management and Work Motivation affect the Service Employee Satisfaction simultaneously.
II. RESEARCH METHODS
The unit of analysis of this study are educators, educators at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Jambi Province.
The population in this study are all teachers and employees of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Jambi province,
amounting to 293 people and a sample of his formula Slovin by the number of sample 169 respondents. Method
of quantitative analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, the equation Y = a + b1x1 + b2X2 + e, where Y is
the variable Employee Satisfaction Service Madrasah Aliyah Jambi Province, b1 and variable coefficient
b2adalah Knowledge Management and Work Motivation. Data analysis tool is an application program SPSS
version 20 o'clock under windows.
Once analyzed with multiple linear regression, followed by analysis test of determination (R Square),
testing the hypothesis partially (t test) and simultaneous (test F) with Pengaruherror rate of 5 percent. Before the
process of multiple linear regression on the test instrument must first study to test the validity and reliability.
III. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
Multiple linear regression model that is both qualified classical assumptions, among others all the
normal distribution of data, the model should be free of heterokedastisitas. From the previous analysis, it has
been proven that the model equations are proposed in this study meets the requirements of the classical
assumption that the model equations proposed in this study is considered good. Multiple linear regression
analysis was used to test hypotheses and simultaneous partial influence of independent variables on the
dependent variable. Based on the multiple linear regression coefficient using SPSS 20.0 was obtained the results
as shown in Table 1 below.

1) Variable Knowledge Management and Work Motivation has a coefficient which marked positive direction to
the satisfaction of Service Employees;
2) Constant value shows the effect of variable Knowledge Management (X1) and Work Commitment (X2). If
the variable Knowledge Management rose one unit, it will affect the variables of one unit at Service
Employee Satisfaction. This means that the variable Employee Satisfaction Service will rise or fulfilled by a
single-unit variable Knowledge Management and Work Commitment;
3) The value of variable regression coefficient on the variable Knowledge Management Service Employee
Satisfaction is 0.199, meaning that if the Knowledge Management rose 1 point, the Employee Satisfaction
Service will be increased by the constant 32.592. Coefficient is positive, it means between Knowledge
Management and Service Employee Satisfaction positive effect;
4) The value of work motivation variable regression coefficient on the variable Employee Satisfaction Service
amounted to 0,339, meaning that if the Work Motivation increases one unit, then the Service Employee
satisfaction increased by constant = 32.592. Coefficient is positive, it means positive influence on the
working motivation Employee Satisfaction Service.

The R value of 0.576 indicates a double Effect (knowledge management challenge and work
commitments) with Service Employee Satisfaction. Considering the variation of the value of R Square of 0.332
which indicates the magnitude of the role or contribution of Knowledge Management and Work Motivation able
to explain the variable Employee Satisfaction Service (Y) by 33.2 percent and the remaining 66.8 percent is
influenced by other variables.
Another variable that can menpengaruhi Service Employee Satisfaction among them is the quality of
their service, (Hapzi Ali, Nanda Limakrisna, Said Djamalluddin, 2016). Furthermore, quality of service is also
positive and significant impact on the Customer kepusan in this case the teacher or education personnel,
(Nandan Limakrisna, Hapzi Ali, 2016),

Assessment of the effect of partial aims to examine whether each of the independent variables
significantly influence the dependent variable partially with α = 0.05 and also the acceptance or rejection of the
hypothesis. Partial test (t test) to answer a hypothetical one and two of this study.

Based on Table 4 above with figures obtained t count X1 variable Knowledge Management for 3519,
due to the value of t> t table (3,519> 1,96), then H0 rejected and H1 accepted, meaning partially significant
effect on the satisfaction of Service Knowledge Management employees (Y). In addition, to conduct tests based
on significance testing, can be seen from the output of significance of 0.000, due to the significance level figures

of Service Employees (Y), so the hypothesis The first is received.
Based on Table 4 above, figures obtained t arithmetic variable work motivation (X2) sebesar4.469,
because t count> t table (4,469> 1,96), then H0 is rejected, meaning a partial no significant effect on the Work

hypothesis (H1) is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant effect of the variable Knowledge
Management (X1) and work motivation (X2) to the satisfaction of Service Employees (Y) simultaneously.
Based on this, the third hypothesis is accepted. From the results of this study can be explained by the three
following discussion:
3. Knowledge Management affect the Employee Satisfaction Services
Knowledge Management is a drive to be the best, to achieve success in accordance with established
standards and as a weapon or a tool to fight for success. Someone with such encouragement is hoping to
achieve goals and develop the ability through knowledge, this includes schools of tasks, understand and
know about the duties and responsibilities.
Service Employee satisfaction is something it wants to achieve all of management to manage
something in the field in performing its duties and obligations. As someone head of the administrative
personnel who have the responsibility of not only how to create the Service Employee Satisfaction but other
than that he should be accountable to the government through a department that is on it, the presence of these
things, of course, has a big challenge in carrying out their duties. In addition to functional limitation due to
the lack of opportunity to develop intellectual skills due to the absence of costs and time resulting in overall
Customer Satisfaction can be said is not optimal.
Based on the description can be expected no knowledge of the relationship with the service satisfaction
majemen administrative personnel. Then the knowledge of the management of an employee in performing their
duties related to the task. In societies, will create a good service when duty dilakasanakan accompanied by
knowledge of the art, one of which is the knowledge of management.
This research is consistent with prior research (Hapzi Ali, Nanda Limakrisna, Said Djamalluddin,
2016), in which the Service Employee Satisfaction can be affected by the quality of their Layanan.Selanjutnya
Quality of service is also positive and significant impact on the Customer kepusan in this case the teacher or
education personnel, ( NandanLimakrisna, Hapzi Ali, 2016).
4. Work Motivation affect the Service Employee Satisfaction.
Motivation is the impetus generated from a person, consciously or unconsciously, to perform an action
with a specific purpose; or business that causes a person or group of people to move to do something because
they want to reach the desired destination or to get satisfaction with perbuatanya it. So motivation is the strength
or encouragement that there is on the employee to act or behave in ways tertentu.kekuatan the form of the
individual's willingness to do something, or in accordance with the individual capabilities of each, Stephen P
Robbins (2006: 42)
Based on the description to be expected there is a connection with the service satisfaction Work
Motivation administrative personnel. Work Motivation then an employee in performing their duties relate to
anyone who does it. In societies where the school will create services and Employee Satisfaction Service was
good.
Service Employee satisfaction is one of the objectives to be achieved by each head of administrative
personnel in carrying out its duties and responsibilities as a manager that can be shown in their managerial
activities. Essensi commitment is to target employees and become one and the same organization, as well as
having a strong target premises to target groups. Employees who are highly committed in performing their
duties are expected to be memeperlihatkan services. The high commitment of a head or an employee can not be
separated from the trust will be a better deal to their management that their approach to human resource

management as a valuable asset and not merely as a commodity that can be exploited at will of management.
The results are consistent with research (Hapzi Ali, Nanda Limakrisna, Said Djamalluddin, 2016), in
which the Service Employee Satisfaction can be affected by the quality of their service. Furthermore, quality of
service is also positive and significant impact on the Customer Satisfaction in this case the teacher or education
personnel, (NandanLimakrisna, Hapzi Ali, 2016).
5. Knowledge Management and Motivation Job Satisfaction effect on employee performance.
Knowledge Management a series of activities that are used by organizations to identify, create, describe,
and distribute knowledge for reuse, known and studied in the organization. This activity is typically associated
with an objective of organization and aims to achieve a specific outcome such as shared knowledge, improved
performance, competitive advantage, or higher levels of innovation.
Motivation is the impetus generated from a person, consciously or unconsciously, to perform an action
with a specific purpose; or business that causes a person or group of people to move to do something because they
want to reach the desired destination or to get satisfaction with perbuatanya it. So motivation is the strength or
encouragement that there is on the employee to act or behave in ways tertentu.kekuatan the form of the

MrCok defines motivation as different creativity in various efforts to encourage or stimulate and lead or channel
behavior towards achieving the needs of the member satisfaction or reduce imbalances (Elliot, Andrew J,
Dweck, Carol S. Handbook of Competence and Motivation, New York: The Guilford Press, 2005: 209).
Someone who has a high working motivation can utilize the knowledge and skills they have to produce
something useful for the organization. And someone who has a high working motivation can produce good
quality products. Deming and Joseph Juran say about the quality of the product or result is conformity to
customer expectations.
Satisfaction is the assessment of a person about how much his work as a whole to satisfy needs or the
general attitude is the result of some special attitude towards factors of work, adjustment and social
relationships of individuals out of work. In Islam, the service is a brotherhood, so to optimize the service and
in layanai workers should have the same sense of brotherhood so the higher the sense of brotherhood will be
the higher the level and the quality of its services.
Based on the description result that Knowledge Management and Motivation Kerjadan simultaneously
affect the Service Employee Satisfaction. If someone has knowledge management and high working
motivation can do their job properly on the school environment.
This study sejalaan and strengthen the research: 1) Mukhtar, Animar, Shoffa, Hapzi Ali, (2016). That
Knowledge Management and Work Commitment berpengrauh positive and significant impact on customer
satisfaction; 2) Hapzi Ali, MukhtarAnsori, (2016).Work Motivation Bahw positive and significant effect

positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction in this case the teacher or education personnel,
(NandanLimakrisna, Hapzi Ali, 2016),
