How to Make a Field invisible in Odoo 17Celine George
It is possible to hide or invisible some fields in odoo. Commonly using “invisible” attribute in the field definition to invisible the fields. This slide will show how to make a field invisible in odoo 17.
Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.
June 3, 2024 Anti-Semitism Letter Sent to MIT President Kornbluth and MIT Cor...Levi Shapiro
Letter from the Congress of the United States regarding Anti-Semitism sent June 3rd to MIT President Sally Kornbluth, MIT Corp Chair, Mark Gorenberg
Dear Dr. Kornbluth and Mr. Gorenberg,
The US House of Representatives is deeply concerned by ongoing and pervasive acts of antisemitic
harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.
• The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating the sources of funding and other support flowing to groups espousing pro-Hamas propaganda and engaged in antisemitic harassment and intimidation of students. The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is the principal oversight committee of the US House of Representatives and has broad authority to investigate “any matter” at “any time” under House Rule X.
• The Committee on Ways and Means has been investigating several universities since November 15, 2023, when the Committee held a hearing entitled From Ivory Towers to Dark Corners: Investigating the Nexus Between Antisemitism, Tax-Exempt Universities, and Terror Financing. The Committee followed the hearing with letters to those institutions on January 10, 202

Honest Reviews of Tim Han LMA Course Program.pptxtimhan337
Personal development courses are widely available today, with each one promising life-changing outcomes. Tim Han’s Life Mastery Achievers (LMA) Course has drawn a lot of interest. In addition to offering my frank assessment of Success Insider’s LMA Course, this piece examines the course’s effects via a variety of Tim Han LMA course reviews and Success Insider comments.
2. At the beginning of the class when I took the learning
preference survey my results were active - 1, sensing
- 7, visual - 3, and sequential - 5. By the end of this
class I think my learning preference hasn’t changed
much. I’m still very much a visual learner, I feel that
I learn better by seeing a visual, like a picture or
charts. I have realized that I’m not much of a verbal
learner, I can’t seem to keep up with verbal
instructions. After this class, I have realized how
different learning styles can help me learn better and
be a better student. I think that knowing my own
learning preference has helped me understand how
to become successful in my personal learning.
Knowing my learning preference, I can tailor my
study habits to what helps me learn better.

3. Thelearning pathway I chose at the
beginning of the class was a learning sage. I
wanted to get new knowledge of new
technologies. I wanted to learn new ways
that different technologies could help me in
my learning. My learning pathway did change
somewhat. I wanted to learn how to use
specific technologies to help me do better in
my other courses this semester.

4. The podcast activity and microbloging
activity has helped me learn. I am able to
download podcasts and put them on my ipod
and take it to go so that I could learn on my
commute and when I’m away from a
computer. I’ve learned that with an ipod
touch I could download certain apps like for
flashcards to help me learn. Having
flashcards on my ipod touch is very
convenient because I carry that with me
everywhere and I can study anywhere and
everywhere.

5. In the ipods and mp3s quest helped me learn by allowing me to listen to lectures on
the go. I am able to download apps to my ipod touch to help my learning. I can also
listen to podcasts if I want to learn more. I was also able to use my ipod touch as a
planner/calendar. This helped me stay on track of when I have midterms, when
papers are due and what days I have to go volunteer. I am also able to see when I’m
free to meet up with classmates to form study groups. Because I’m a visual learner I
am able to see a whole calandar of when I am free and help me stay organized.
The ipads and tablets quest didn’t really help me learn much and isn’t really
relevant to my learning because I don’t own either one of those but I have learned
that having them does make learning easier and more fun. Just like with an ipad
touch, I would be able to download apps to help me learn. And because I’m a visual
learner, I feel that have some fun learning games could help me learn better.
I was able to use microblogs for my learning by using twitter and searching for
treading subjects about geology to help me learn more about the earth to go along
with what I’m learning in my geology class. Because on twitter the texts are 140
characters or less I am able to go through more posts faster and chose which to read
and which wouldn’t be very helpful for me. This helps me learn because I’m a
sensing learner and I like to look for the facts and I am able to do so by reading
some of the tweets that would lead me to articles.

6. The ipod and mp3s interested me the most as mobile
technologies. I didn’t know that I could use an ipod to learn and
because I have an ipod, I thought it would be a good way to put it
in good use other than for using it for just listening to music. I
have learned that there are many free podcasts about many
different subjects that I could download and use along with what
I’m learning in class. I’ve also learned that I could download a
flashcard app to my ipod touch to help with my learning.
The mobile technology that worked best for me is my ipod touch.
I am able to stay organized by using it as a planner organizer. I
am also able to listen to educational podcasts on there, download
apps, and fun educational games to help me learn better. I like
that I am able to learn when I’m on the go. Also if there is wifi, I
am able to access ilearn from my itouch and i could look up my
assignments when I’m not at home or near a computer. I also
won’t have to turn on a computer just to check on an
assignment, it helps me save some time.

7. After this semester and after this class I think I would be able to use my
ipod touch to learn a new language. I have learned from this class that
there are some podcasts that could teach you a new language. I could
download some learning language podcasts and listen to them during my
free time and hopefully pick up a new language for fun. Although I’m
much of a verbal learner, I believe that when I hear something enough
times I’ll eventually learn it. And because I won’t be learning a new
language for school, I can take my time and learn the language at my
own pace.
I will continue using my ipod touch for learning after this class. I probably
wouldn’t be able to use this at a job since most places don’t allow
employees to be using their ipods or even most electronics on the job. If
I had an ipad though, I could probably use it with the kids at the school I
volunteer at. I could download some educational games to help them
learn. I will continue using my ipod touch and microblogs for non learning
purposes after this class. I enjoy looking through tumblr and seeing
photos of different places and food that people blog and reblog. There
aren’t any mobile technologies that I will avoid using after this class
because I think that they can all be useful in my learning.
