Introduction
Earlier this century, the mobile phone became
the first communications technology to have
more users in developing countries like
Bangladesh.

Objective of the study
The objectives of the study are:
− To identify user’s attitudes towards mobile banking in
Bangladesh;
− To detect constrains in development of mobile banking in
Bangladesh.

The profession respondent is divided into six categories. The categories
are Student, Teacher, Business, Govt.jod, Private job, and Others. Among
the respondents 38% were students, 8% teachers, 8% business, Govt. job
16%, Private job 28%, and 2% others.

The age group of the respondents is divided into four classes.
Among them 18-28 years old were 58% respondents, 29-38 years
old were 24% respondents, 39-48 years old were 18% respondents,
49-above years old were 10% respondents

It is found from the survey that 86% respondents said that mobile banking
is easy to use and 14% respondents no comments. As a results mobile
banking is easy to use because of majority responded are agreed.

and 6% of respondents said that is not safe to use, so mobile banking is
safe to use.

necessary for transfer of money safely.

It is found from the survey that 74% respondents said mobile
banking is trustworthy and 6% respondent’s mobile banking, as a
result it can be said that mobile banking is trustworthy.

Among 50 respondents, 54% said that mobile banking is hassel free and
12% said that mobile banking is not hassel free, So it can be said that
mobile banking is hassel free.

disagreed and 8% respondents responded strongly disagreed.

•Try to solve network problem
•Safe to secure banking must be ensure
•The cost of cash in an out should decrease
•The mobile banking should increase the management efficiency
•The mobile banking should develop its infrastructure and also increase modern facilities
•Should Increase its outlet
•Should Increase facility to fulfillment customers need
•Advertisement should increase through Radio, Newspapers, Poster, Banner, and Television Etc.
•Should advertise more for attracting all level of customers
•Should encourage Students for mobile account opening because students are a potential
source of a mobile banking

The categories are Student, Teacher, Business, Govt.jod, Private job, and Others. Among the respondents 38% were students, 8% teachers, 8% business, Govt. job 16%, Private job 28%, and 2% others. MOBILE BANKING Strongly Agree Agree Neither Agree Nor Disagree Disagree Strongly disagree 36% 50% 14% 0% 0% Mobile banking is easy to use Mobile banking is easy to use It is found from the survey that 86% respondents said that mobile banking is easy to use and 14% respondents no comments. As a results mobile banking is easy to use because of majority responded are agreed.

MOBILE BANKING Recommendations •Try to solve network problem •Safe to secure banking must be ensure •The cost of cash in an out should decrease •The mobile banking should increase the management efficiency •The mobile banking should develop its infrastructure and also increase modern facilities •Should Increase its outlet •Should Increase facility to fulfillment customers need •Advertisement should increase through Radio, Newspapers, Poster, Banner, and Television Etc. •Should advertise more for attracting all level of customers •Should encourage Students for mobile account opening because students are a potential source of a mobile banking
