Inspections & Audits
Inspection by Safety Officer:
• Weekly/ Bi-Weekly Inspection on form MJC-S09(a). This is completed on iAuditor App.
• Report is emailed to site management with each action item identified starting on page 2. See next page
example.
• Items must be closed out in the time frame indicated.
• Items may have to addressed by subcontractor.
• If so – MJ Conroy site management must assign it and ensure they get confirmation of close out
from subcontractor.

Inspections & Audits
Inspection by Safety Officer:
• The assigned person (site management) must confirm close out by email – sign last page of the audit
report.
• The report must be maintained on site in the site safety file for future review / inspection by H.S.A or
external auditor.

Inspections & Audits
Site Inspection by Site Management:
• Assigned to site management team member on rotating basis.
• Identify both physical and behavioural observations.
• Carried out on a regular basis.
• Must be recorded on form MJC-S07 (Supervisor Inspection form). This is done electronically via iAuditor
App.
• Inspection must have sign-off on completion.
• Must be filed for future inspection in site safety file (SharePoint)

Inspections & Audits – External
• MJ Conroy Construction is certified with ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and Safe-T-Cert.
• Under these 3 external certificates, the company and its operations are subject to
audit annually by external auditors. These audits will be scheduled to a pre-
arranged date and to site location for audit. The appropriate manager / director
will accompany the auditor (Quality Manager or Safety Director).
• Insurance company may also request periodic inspections of sites. These will be
pre-scheduled. The Company Safety Director will accompany the inspector on
these audits.
• The full co-operation of site management is expected in preparation for and during
these external audits.
