people as possible, we are offering this
4-weeks training program absolutely FREE.
However if you wish to obtain a successful
course completion certificate, which will be
issued after an evaluation on 2-weeks and
final assessment on 4-weeks time.
A registration fee of Rs.100/- is applicable
and to be paid within 2-weeks of starting
the training.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is all about paying attention to
the present moment on purpose without
being judgemental.
Which means eliminating past and future
negative thoughts and focusing only on the
present moment and live moment by
moment.
But it is much easier said than done. To
remain in the present moment one needs to
change some habits and behaviours.

According to the research conducted every human
processes about 50,000 thoughts per day. Which
works out to around 1 thought per second. Out of
which 80% are repeat or useless thoughts, which
clouds our mind and prevents us to think clearly,
take right decisions and remain calm. Unfortunately
we are unable to drive away those thoughts from
our mind. Practicing Mindfulness Art helps eliminate
those useless thoughts for good.
