4. REASSESMENT
The subsequent phase after recognition.
All the inputs are from recognition phase.
The materials gathered during recognition phase should be used
here.
Use solid metrics to asses the situation.
Discuss and brain storm with personal mentors for input.
5. REALIZATION
The output of previous two phases are used as input.
Emotionally challenging as it gives a real picture.
Need to be very careful in handling the emotional jolt.
Be happy to have come to this phase which most don’t come to.
Important to be positive throughout this phase as it may be
overwhelming.
6. REDIRECTION
The outputs from the previous phases are used as input.
Understand the new direction which you want to follow.
Focus on the goal and the direction decided.
Work diligently on modifying the existing behavior and habits.
Keep a close watch on mental fatigues.
7. REVIEW
This is the last phase and without this the framework is not complete.
Keep aside some quality time for this phase.
Have a clam mind with a clear thought process. Morning is an ideal
time.
Take stock of your progress against the goals you had set in the
redirection phase.
Be objective as far as possible in measuring your progress.
