Michele has over 18 years of
pharmaceutical experience
including sales force assessment
training and deployment, pricing
and reimbursement strategies,
brand positioning and value
proposition to both payers and
physicians. She has worked in many
therapeutic areas to determine
optimal value proposition for
product adoption.
Michele leverages her
project management and
market access experiences
across stakeholders
(hospital, payer, industry,
consulting) to guide teams
to define their best strategy
for success.

She has led clinical, payer and sales

product positioning for launch and
lifecycle management. Michele has
worked with the payers at Kaiser
Permanente and PacifiCare,
industry at MEDA, and consulting
at Health Strategies Group.
Michele holds a Masters in Heath
Administration (MHA) from the
University of Southern California
and obtained her BA in Sociology
from UCLA.
