Michael Riley has been directing title sequences and film trailers since 1991. He graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design and began his career at M&Company in New York. Riley founded his own studio, Shine, in 2005. Some of Riley's notable title sequences include Gattaca, Kung Fu Panda, and Mad Money. The Kung Fu Panda titles have a relaxed, bright style reflecting the film's comedic, lighthearted nature. The Mad Money titles are composed entirely of American dollar bills to relate to the film's theme of money.
