2. Introductory Clip: Title of film
Within the introductory clip we decided to put the title of the film,
with the text AR Blanca.
The text is almost similar to the writing found on a diary, which
connotes love and problems. This method is very common in
most films as the title of the film is usually what the film is
opened with.
This is a very effective way to indicate to the audience that the
film has started as it is bold and very clear that this information is
important to the audience.
3. Themes
The next feature of titles we used was the themes.
This was when a transparent title would emerge
indicating the different themes and stages of the
couples’ relationship. The text wasn't too distracting
from the footage and therefore works really well with
our film and what we were trying to show the
audience. In this case “Similarities” came up when
both of them enjoyed playing the same game i.e.
“Twister”.
6. Closing Credits
We decided to re-emphasise the title of the film
in a very smart way using a small framed
message entitled “Life is a Journey”, to make the
message and title of the film very clear. The
typography was very clear and contrasted really
well with the black and white image.
The background of the titles suggests the cycle
that couples go through within their relationship of
“Making the same Mistakes”. Overall, presenting
our credits like this allowed us to make the final
message really clear for the audience.
