visits have been virtual during the pandemic, and studies
have shown that it could balance out to ~50% in the long-

remote procedures. It started off as an internal innovation

necessity and innovation
• Virtual tools – such as our AskAngie support tool – have
increased in usages: remote procedures use quadrupled in
April 2020.
