5. Lead Ingot Casting Machine
Lead Ingot Casting Machine is a semi-
automatic machine normally used in
formation of the lead ingots through a
continuous operation. Molten lead is
poured on the casting moulds to shape it
in the form of Ingots. Water is sprinkled to

7. Lead acid waste treatment plant
Lead is used as an industrial raw material for
storage battery manufacture, pigments, fuels,
photographic material, and matches
manufacturing. It is one of the most widely
used nonferrous metals in industry.
The storage battery industry is the largest
consumer of lead in battery manufacturing
plants, it was reported that lead losses per
battery manufactured ranged from 4.54-
68mg, and that water usage ranged from 11-
77 gal per battery. Highest lead
concentrations originated from the plate-
forming area. This water has a low pH,
which leads to a high concentration of

8. Battery terminal remover
Battery Terminal removing machine is based on the
principle of hydraulic power press mechanism.
Battery terminals along with the battery lid is placed
on the die while operating the machine.
A flow control valve is fitted to adjust the speed of
punch as per the requirement. A pressure gauge is
located in front of the part to check and observe the
pressure of hydraulic system.
Stroke distance for terminal remover is adjustable as

The rectangular shaped Mild Steel Shell

duly reinforced with steel Structure of
rolled Sections ISMC 125/ISMB 125/ISA
65X 65 etc. Burner mounting frame will
be fitted at one end of the furnace and
other end will have a flue passage
fabricated thoroughly in the furnace
shell. The furnace will be mounted on a
Fabricated Steel Structure Base Frame
with Hydraulic Tilting arrangement.
