Tim graduated from university and traveled the world. When he returned, he got a job in policy at a local authority. As a new employee, Tim was worried about job security as some organizations were disappearing. He wanted to stand out so he sought help from books, websites, and joining his organization's policy community online group. Through asking questions and getting feedback on the group, Tim was able to improve his work and was later praised for his contributions. He encourages others to also participate online for advice and support.
