• What that media sector is?
The film industry is were are entertainment of film is produced there are many different ways to watch film such as 2D, 3D, 4D, Blu-ray, DVD,
Cinema, TV, IMAX people can also connect to the internet and watch film and catch up on TV.
• Who is their governing body?
• The governing body of he film industry are the BBFC (British board of classification) The British Board of Film Classification is an independent, non-
governmental body which determine the age rating on films since it was first set up in 1912.
• Key products or people within the sector
• The main people that are associated with the film industry are:
• Steven Spielberg
• James Cameron
• Quentin tarnation
• Paul greengrass
These are the main people in the film industry because they are very famous from the films that they have made, have been a big hit with the public.

Photography Industry
• What that media sector is?
• The photography industry is where they produce stunning and amazing photos of the world and the people around us some of the photographic
types are digital, Daguerreotype, Polaroid.
• Aerial- standing tall above the subject, or shooting from a tall building, plane, etc...
• Architecture- shots of buildings (no people)
• Artistic- any shot of a subject where creativity is the number 1 goal.
• Black and White - aka... B&W, working with no colour.
• Camera Phone- low quality, anytime, anywhere photography.
• Event- Concerts, large parties, gatherings.
• Macro- photographing very small, or very up close images. Very detailed.

This sector consists of news papers ,magazines and billboards
The print industry consist of the newspaper, magazine and billboard which all help to make there product stand out.
Who is their governing body?
The governing body is the BPIF( British print industry federation) The BPIF is the basic business in the UK print, printed packaging
and graphic communication industry and is one of the country's leading trade associations.
Rupert Murdoch is the main player in this sector of business because he owns most newspaper including the Sun

What jobs you could get within this industry if you were to work in it
The main jobs you can get in the print industry is a journalist, and print production and a photographer. There are lots of other
little jobs however they are the main three in the print industry

What is the media sector?
The advertising industry is used to boost the company name into the world and make it more well know to the people that are watching the
advert. You can see advert on the television, magazines, newspaper and on billboards.
The governing body for the advertising industry is the ASA(Advertising Standards Authority) and there job is to make sure that there are no
harmful or offensive advert in the industry.
The main people in the advertising industry are:

• Social networking site eg Facebook
The product that the advertising industry sell are the actual product that they are selling and also the newspaper that they are selling to the
