The sale of ad on the Ukrainian TV market has come close to 100%, demand is
increasing, and customers have begun active negotiations for deals in 2018. Since
2018, TV market is forced to balance prices to remain in the economy at least at
the level at which our customers are now. As a result, inflation on our TV channels

between consumer and TV inflation and cheaper CPT vs OLV, Alliance declares +35%

Real inflation will be driven by economical growth and further market development.

All-Ukrainian Advertising Coalition specified the
forecast of the volume of the advertising and
communication market of Ukraine in 2017
In general, it should be noted that the practice of the first advertising half-year in the final general market
expression confirmed, or at least not critically refuted, the accuracy of the December coalition forecasts. However, for
some market segments, the growth dynamics clearly outstripped the December forecast, which helped improve the
market growth forecast from 28% to 32%.
