OTT-services, such as Divan.TV, Megogo, oll.tv, were launched in
Ukraine five years ago. But they could hardly have been called the
rapidly growing platforms. OTT players began to compete with
traditional cable providers. Another trend is an increase in the number
of TVs that support smart TV. People sometimes find it easier to
download an Android application to their gadget than sign a contract
for cable TV.
