This document summarizes a student's media coursework which involved designing magazine covers and contents pages. The student created mock magazine covers of personal interest and for students to improve their knowledge. They also conducted polls to understand what students want to read about. The student developed their skills in image editing, layout design, and using publishing software while iterating on their magazine designs from a first draft to a final music magazine product. They reflected on improving time management and more frequent blog updates for future projects.

1. Media AS BriefThis year for my As Media coursework I was given a brief to design a college magazine front cover and contents page. This should be aimed at students and feature 4 of my own images. Before starting the magazine I wanted to do a couple of things, firstly I wanted to create some simple magazine covers, one of my own personal interest and one student style magazine. And to improve my knowledge for what my magazine content should be about I ran a poll on my blog, to see what real students want to read and know about.Please view the results of this poll on my blog.

2. Magazine Mock UpsThis is my mock up student magazine using online images. I have used simple easy to use colours and I hae tried to include subjects that I thought students would be interested in.This is a motorbike mock up magazine that I designed. I used a selection of online Images and I also tried to include interesting articles.
