DUT-E fuel level sensor is used for accurate fuel level and volume measurement in tanks of vehicles and stationary units. DUT-E allows determining current fuel volume and change in volume (refueling or draining) of fuel in the tank.
DUT-E is used in GPS tracking and vehicle telematics systems as additional fuel sensor or as a replacement of standard built-in (factory) fuel level sensor. When used as a part of telematics system, DUT-E allows getting reliable and accurate information on current fuel volume in the tank and to reveal misuse and fuel theft from tank. Direct and Delta
Usually flow meters are used for:
■ Measuring real fuel consumption.
■ Definition of fuel limits for given tasks.
■ Engine test stands.

■ Economy-assistant systems
Eurosens fuel flow meters Direct and Delta are
working on a rotary piston technology that is the
best choice for precise measurement of small
fuel rates (from 1 to 500 liters per hour).
It can measure a real fuel consumption on
vehicles, diesel-generators, ships, boilers etc
together with AVL tracking devices or as
standalone unit.
Some engines have a return fuel line from engine to tank, so it is impossible to measure the fuel
consumption without much re-engineering of the fuel supply system. Mechatronics has two types
of fuel flow meters – single-channel Direct and differential Delta. With two metering chambers
Delta measures both supply and return fuel lines and calculates the difference which is the real
fuel consumption.

Axle load measurement is an important problem in AVL tracking business. Mechatronics
produces axle load sensors for vehicles with air suspension or leaf-spring suspension.

There is an input shaft in the sensor
with every turn of which the sensor changes
its output analog signal.
The pneumatic axle load sensor is installed in
a pneumatic suspension system and measures
the current pressure in the suspension balloon.

measuring input.

Eurosens Dizzi
liquid level sensor
Ultrasonic level sensor Dizzi can be used
for non-contact level measurement of
acoustically transparent liquids.
■ Dizzi allows to measure almost any fluid, including liquefied gas
■ No tank modification is required. All sensor components are placed outside the tank.
It is very important when you measure aggressive, explosive, food and high –
pressured liquids. Nice choose for fuel tank trucks – no need to drill a tank.

The level is measured by
echolocation through the bottom of the tank.
Dizzi is glued to the tank or reservoir, therefore
no changes caused at the original factory
design of the reservoir tank are needed.

The best position for the probe is determined with the help of acoustic gel and service software
showing the signal level when the probe is tightly pressed and moved along the tank surface.
Installation
The sensor probe is fixed in the determined position with the help of glue and a metal tie.
Dizzi measures the liquid level correctly even
with some dust on the bottom of the tank, with
no data lost. For further details please refer to
