DUT-E fuel level sensor is used for accurate fuel level and volume measurement in tanks of vehicles and stationary units. DUT-E allows determining current fuel volume and change in volume (refueling or draining) of fuel in the tank.
DUT-E is used in GPS tracking and vehicle telematics systems as additional fuel sensor or as a replacement of standard built-in (factory) fuel level sensor. When used as a part of telematics system, DUT-E allows getting reliable and accurate information on current fuel volume in the tank and to reveal misuse and fuel theft from tank. Usually flow meters are used for:
■ Measuring real fuel consumption.
■ Definition of fuel limits for given tasks.

Eurosens fuel flow meters Direct and Delta work
on a rotary piston technology which is the best
choice for precise measurement of lower fuel
rates (from 1 to 1500 liters per hour).
It can measure the real fuel consumption on
vehicles, diesel-generators, ships, boilers etc
together with AVL tracking devices or as
standalone unit.
Some engines have a return fuel line from engine to tank, so it is impossible to measure the fuel
consumption without additional engineering of the fuel supply system. Mechatronics has two
types of fuel flow meters – a single-channel Direct and a differential Delta. With two metering
chambers Delta measures both supply and return fuel lines and calculates the difference which
is the real fuel consumption.

All fuel meters contain a powerful microprocessor STM32. The electronic circuit provides the
following advantages:
1. Increased accuracy.
2. Hall sensors are used instead of reed switches.
3. Detection of the interferences to the flow meter operation.
4. The flow meter can measure not only fuel consumption but also derived parameters: the
engine’s (boiler) operation time, fuel consumption and operating time in different modes, the time
of intervention in its operation, etc. These parameters can be transmitted either through the K-line

Eurosens Delta differential flow meters have the following unique features:

An ultrasonic liquid level sensor Dizzi can be
used for non-contact level measurement of
acoustically transparent liquids.
The liquid level is measured by echolocation
through the bottom of the tank.
Dizzi is glued to the tank or reservoir, therefore
no changes of original factory design of
reservoir are required.
