the length of an object, temperature of the day, how much a
object weighs, and how loud an object is.
4. Some tools used to
Measure
Some tools are made specifically to measure length, mass,
temperature, volume or time :
- Ruler, used to measure length (cm and inches)
- Balance, measures mass
- Thermometer, able to measure temperature (celsius and
fahrenheit)
- Flask, measures volume (mL and L)
- Beaker, used to measure volume (mL and L)
- Clock, measuring time (seconds, minutes and hours)
