This document contains a final report from a group of students at the HCM City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology. The report includes a SWOT analysis, action plan, budget, media release about a product launch, PR article about creative crafts using old papers, and an income statement for a period of October 1 through December 31, 2014. The group launched a new product called "PAPER HOUSE" made from recycled old newspapers and magazines. Their budget was 1.38 billion VND and their net income for the period was 895 million VND.

7. Ho Chi Minh – (December, 2014) In the Marketing Day (Mday 2014) which
takes place on December 21 at HUFLIT University, PAPER HOUSE will present
our product.
Many people believe that old papers are useless and get wasted it. But PAPER
HOUSE realized the potential usefulness of it which can be recycled into
products with aesthetic and unique features. Knowing that, PAPER HOUSE
decided to launch a new product which is made from old newspapers and
magazines which are not expensive but standard quality. Our products have a lot
of features, so it probably has the ability to compete with other competitors. We
launch two sizes with various designs that customers can choose for their own
purposes. They can be use as decorations or personal items. The price of each
product ranges from 30,000 to 60,000 VND. Moreover, PAPER HOUSE
products focus on Christmas atmosphere so that they are suitable for gifts.
Especially, Mday is hold on Christmas, we also offer a promotion discount of

and magazines
What do you do with the old papers of newspapers or
magazines when you have finished reading and they have
become useless?
ormally, they
will end up in
the trash.
However, with a little
creative idea below you
can see things for you
and your dears.

Just need a few simple
tools such as scissors,
milky glue and old
newspapers. After that,
you roll the papers into
small tubes and spread a
layer of milky glue, make
sure they are really
steady, then you can paint
your favorites colors onto
them. Now, you will
have a pretty and unique
bottle for jacking your
pens or flowers.
You also can roll and
connect those papers,
then paint some opposite
colors on them, so you
will have some petite
little boxes to hold small
personal things.

some plates with abstract
art images and create
new feelings for you
study corner.

under the pyramid, for

more beautiful and useful
things from old
interesting materials for
you lovely rooms. Right?
