2. Steps to produce an attractive sketch
Someone said an attractive sketch is a sketch with full of shading, that will
make the sketch looks almost 3 –Dimensional (3D). While from the perspective
from another person he or she might said that an attractive sketch is a sketch
that when you look at it, it gives you comfort and you have thoughts about your
home, your parents, and the home cooked food that you used to eat for dinner
with your family. An attractive sketch is also described as a sketch that makes
people feel nostalgic. They have so much of memories while looking at the
sketch. Happy one or sad one, every individual surely has a different
background. An attractive sketch has a lot of definition from different kind of
people because they have different mindset and opinions. So, there’s no
definition for an attractive sketch only a different kind perception from different
kind of people.
First step to produce an attractive sketch is to get the materials such as
A4 and A3 sketch book 200gsm, so that the sketch paper is thick enough the
drawing would not smudge easily. Besides that, you’ll need to prepare a good
quality 2B or HB pencil and also eraser. A good pencil and eraser are the most
important things before you start your sketching. Now that you have good quality
paper, pencils and also eraser, you may begin your sketching by having some
creative ideas or think of some images that appears in your head that inspired
and motivated you. It doesn’t have to be a complicated sketch. You can also
bring along your materials to road trip such as Pahang or Sabah. While on the
way, we can use the camera or phone to take down all the pretty scenery so that
it’s easier for us to refer after the trip.
Next, selection of meaningful scenery that brings up certain memories is a
best possible option as it will stand a sentimental value. The environment during
a sketch process contributes to the quality of expressing one’s idea too. Sketch
can sometimes be really random and it might mean nothing to others.
Furthermore, Sketching is a skill set that improve along with practices. The first
and second sketch might be weird and ugly, but after a few more times of trying a
pretty sketch will be produced. A few important tips to bear in mind are during a
sketching, types of clipboards are a necessary consideration. For example,
disturbing actions might occur throughout the sketch and it stands a chance
affecting the drawing as well. Moreover, quality of pencils is compulsory factor,
for example, a bad quality pencil will break easily when you drop your pencil. A
supreme quality pencil will sustain drawers’ attention and behaviour.

tidy sketch. You’ll need a peaceful mind but also a creative streak. Before you
