The results showed that most customers are influenced by McDonald's promotions, especially TV advertisements. Customers also engage with promotions like value meals and discounts. The conclusion is that McDonald's comprehensive marketing strategies, including market research and meeting customer demands, have contributed to their brand success and competitive edge.
